Staying Hydrated at Work & On The Go
Did you know that your body is about 60% water … and that your blood is 90% water? But barely 20% of us are consuming our 8+ glasses/day!
How do you stay hydrated at work or on the go?
Here are the strategies that work for me:
For work- I found that using a cup with a straw was KEY!! No lid to screw off (and lose), and I can even sip while I type!
For traveling- I always have a reusable water bottle with me, but as a commuter I also loved this foldable version. That way I could take just enough to get through my commute on the Metra, without having something else to throw in my bag!
And here's one more incentive for you to stay hydrated: It is a great excuse to sneak out of that long meeting for a few minutes!
