Joining a class to exercise 1 or 2x/week is not going to cut it. You need a complete, fully customized program that guides you to maximize your health and fitness each day! How does it even work?

Fully online programming is delivered strait to your smartphone for easy access at home or on the go. Depending on your commitment level, we’ll be in contact via a variety of modes: email, the app and Zoom. Instead of having someone count sets and reps for you, consider me your fitness concierge.

Your program is 100% tailored to your specific goals.

1 on 1 CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMMING

Exercise

We'll use the evidence-based principles of strength and conditioning to safely and efficiently help you reach your goals. Plus, you'll learn how to put together a solid exercise program on your own!

Nutrition

First, we'll make sure you understand what role nutrition plays in reaching your goals. Then, we'll dial in your plan and make sure it's something that can work for both your goals, and lifestyle.

Pregnancy & Postpartum 

We'll work on shifting your mindset to appreciate all of your body's hard work during this amazing time while working through a program with the right intensity for whichever part of your journey. 

 

What’s the process like?

Submit your Application form to join the Waitlist. When I have availability, I'll reach out and invite you to schedule your consultation. If you don't want to wait, click here to view a la carte coaching options

We’ll meet over Zoom to discuss your intake form and goals, my coaching philosophy and finally- which program would be the best fit.

I’ll send you an email with a summary of our call, payment links, and a few other forms that will help me create your program if you decide to sign up.

After signing up, you'll receive an email with your welcome packet and everything else you need to begin your 100% customized program.

Depending on which package we chose as the best fit for your experience levels & needs, your package may include:

  • In-app, 24/7 messaging, including the ability to send pictures and videos

  • Unlimited Email access

  • Bi-weekly or monthly (optional) check-ins

  • Friday Survey (optional) & Roundups 

  • High-quality video library of exercise demos

  • Focus on Nutrition Coaching and/or Exercise Programming

  • Book your free consult with me for information on pricing. Coaching is an investment in your long term health & my goal is to educate my clients so they can continue to fall back on the knowledge they learned with me for years to come. On average, I’ll work with a client for 9-12 months but the benefits last a lifetime. Depending on which package we decide is the best fit for you, expect to budget between $250-400/ month.

  • I also offer one-off, or "a la carte" options. These would not consist of an ongoing coaching relationship, but you have options like seeing me in person or having a quick Zoom consult about specific questions. Please follow this link here to book.

    Return Clients & Client Referrals are my top priority to move off of the waitlist. If you fit into one of those two categories, please keep a close eye on your email after submitting your Application Form.

  • Absolutely not- it’s out of my scope of practice. I’ve also found that most clients just need some guidance and a list of my favorite, easy, macro-friendly recipes! I do however work with a Registered Dietician who can (legally & ethically) provide these services for you.

  • Assessments: Payment is due at booking for all a la carte appointments.

    Coaching Packages: The default option is 1x/month. Looking to save a bit more? Let’s chat! You can save 10% for 6 months upfront.

  • Pending availability, you can upgrade any time and your remaining balance will be pro-rated toward the purchase of the new package.

  • Yes, there is a 3 month minimum commitment. Great things take time and anyone that promises you a 21 Day Quick Fix is taking advantage of you. My goal is to send you off better than you started! The longer your commitment, the more successful you’ll be. Most of my clients are with me for 6-9 months.
