With a mixture of evidence-based research, in-depth knowledge of anatomy and how the human body moves, certification as a Pregnant & Postpartum Athleticism coach, and robust referral network, we’ll make sure your long-term health and goals and the safety of your baby can coexist.
Are these programs for me?
Well the pregnancy part is pretty obvious right? I generally start working with clients between 8-12 weeks.
Postpartum includes women who are up to 3 years post their last child. However this could still be you depending on your activity levels since then and your goals. Don’t worry we’ll discuss this all on your free consult.
I’m pretty active- how can you help me?
Whether this is your first or sixth pregnancy, as an active woman I bet your doctors have told you things like:
Just do what you’ve been doing
Listen to your body
[If you have any pelvic floor symptoms, incontinence, pain, ect] Just stop it!
So… how useful is any of that? Not very!
That’s where I come in. I’ll make sure you have all of the information and guidance you need to make well-informed decisions about your training or preferred physical activities during this time.
I’ll coach you through things like:
Supportive breathing strategies
Who you should talk to about certain symptoms (like a pelvic floor physical therapist or registered dietician)
Movement selection and modifications

Depending on whether or not you’re have the exercise programming covered, I have two options which we will review on our consult. Which package we chose as the best fit for your experience levels & needs options are everything from:

What’s the process like?
Schedule your FREE consult below & complete the intake form to prepare for our session.
We’ll meet over Zoom to discuss your intake form, goals and which program would be the best fit, or if you just want a movement assessment.
The comprehensive movement assessments take place LIVE over Zoom, where we’ll spend an hour reviewing your movement patterns and any compensations you have due to your pregnancy and go through my recommendations.
3-5 business days after your payment has been received and your additional forms have been completed, I’ll email you that your program is ready to go! At that point, you’ll schedule your complimentary OnBoarding call so we can review everything together and you’ll be all set.

What if I already have an exercise program I like and I just need help with movement modifications and someone who understands the pregnant/postpartum athlete?
I get it, you do your own programming or maybe Yoga or Crossfit group classes are your thing. That’s why I offer two different packages for P&PP coaching. The non-exercise programming offer includes email support and bi-monthly LIVE meetings.
Are you sure you know what you’re doing?
Yes. If this is your first time “meeting” me, you’ll quickly learn that I have a very non-BS approach. This is why we do the consult and why the movement assessments are first. I’m not just here to take your money. Plus staying within my scope of practice is extremely important to me for ethical, moral and legal reasons. Aside from completing my M.S. with a concentration in rehab, I’ve also completed Brianna Battle’s Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism coaching course and Bri has become a close friend and mentor of mine. If I need a specialist or someone else to help with an issue- can you help me find them?
Yes! Through my own personal referral network I have connected with a number of providers- most of which offer Telehealth and many of which also take insurance. Plus, I have access to a variety of resources through my Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism certification.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is an investment in your longterm health & my goal is to educate my clients so they can continue to fall back on the knowledge they learned with me for years to come. These coaching packages range from $197 to $297 per 4 weeks, depending on if you need exercise programming as well. I’ll present the three options to you during our FREE consult.
Assessments have a separate fee of $127 for the 60 minute comprehensive movement assessment. To wrap up the assessment, I’ll provide you with a list of recommendations. If you decide on either of the coaching packages, you’ll receive a $50 credit good for your first month.
I don’t have access to a gym, can I still work with you?
Yes, the programs are 100% customized to you and your equipment and ability levels. In fact- most of my clients workout at home or in hotel gyms, so I’m used to programming with limited equipment. Feel free to check out this blog post with links to the equipment I recommend.
Do you offer Meal Plans?
Absolutely not- it’s out of my scope of practice. I’ve also found that most clients just need some guidance and a list of my favorite, easy, macro-friendly recipes! I do however work with a Registered Dietician who can (legally & ethically) provide these services for you.
What are my payment options?
The default option is every 4 weeks. You can save 5% for 12 weeks or 10% for 24 weeks upfront. Inquire about bi-weekly billing.
What if I want to change packages?
Pending availability, you can upgrade any time and your remaining balance will be pro-rated toward the purchase of the new package.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there is a 12 week minimum commitment. Great things take time and anyone that promises you a 21 Day Quick Fix is taking advantage of you. My goal is you send you off better than you started and the longer your commitment, the more successful you’ll be. Most of my clients are with me for 6-9 months.
Are there any discounts available?
Since this is a new program I’m offering, I do have a few discounts available in return for testimonials and feedback on the program. Ask me about it during our consultation! Once you’re a client you’ll receive information about my referral program as well.
